Once you've built a good brand, how do you market it? This one day 'How to Market a Brand' workshop will teach you all you need to know about getting your business noticed and how to achieve sales. We will be holding talks from four successful entrepreneurs who have successfully marketed and grown their own brands.

You will come away with not only the knowledge and inspiration from each talk, but also a complete 3 month content calendar to kick-start your brand's marketing.

Who's involved - 

Sapphire, The Flower Arranger - Sapphire, Queen of Flowers, started The Flower Arranger, as she wanted to create flowers for people for their special occasions completely unique and personal to them. She has over 11k Instagram followers on the Flower Arranger Instagram account in just a few years, and has since built a community of 6k business women at The Coven, where she gives advice on business and champions women doing their own thing.

Rosie, LFA/PR Dispatch - Rosie Davies is the agency director of The Lifestyle and Fashion Agency (LFA). LFA helps brands develop their brand image, graphics, marketing and PR strategy. They gained over 250 pieces of print coverage for their clients in 2017, as well as countless online features.

Vicky, Mean Mail - Vicky Simmons, is the founder of Mean Mail, the greeting card service that makes cards for "those you love and those you love to hate". Mean Mail's card designs are beautiful and hilarious in equal measure and are great to break the ice for any occasion. Vicky is an art director by trade and has won numerous awards for her work.

Olivia, Weekend:IN - Olivia Tripp started Weekend:IN in 2016, with the aim to help independent brands grow their audiences through a strong social presence, brand and influencer collaborations and events. Weekend:IN run frequent events that combine influencers with independent and inspiring businesses to promote the businesses involved.

During this social media session, we will discuss the best platform(s) for you and your business. We will work on how to find your audience and build a strong, loyal following who support and buy from you. We will break down some of the myths of Instagram and Facebook, leaving you in a really strong position to become a social media QUEEN. Are you ready for success?

1PM - 2PM - Rosie, LFA/PR Dispatch - How to get your brand featured by the press

Always wanted to see your brand on the pages of magazines? This workshop will cover what assets you need, how to capture press attention and how to make the most of the coverage you receive. Rosie Davies from LFA and PR Dispatch will talk you through the ins and outs of DIY’ing your PR and getting the best results. 

2PM - 3PM - Lunch 

3PM - 4.30PM - Olivia, Weekend:IN - How to make influencer marketing work for your brand

So, you've heard the phrase 'influencer marketing' over and over but not sure how it would work for your business? Olivia will take you through the process of influencer marketing, from what influencers to approach, how to approach them, the different types of collaborations, and will show you how working with influencers is still achievable for small businesses. 

4.30PM - 5.30PM - Vicky, Mean Mail - The importance of building a community

Vicky will share her experiences on why building a community is vital for your business and how to get the most out of networking - both online and in real life.
